Founder & Strategic Lead

Ida is the Founder and Principal of VeriPoint, serving as the strategic lead for the firm since its inception in 2002. With over 20 years of consulting experience, she specializes in leading deep discovery sessions that untangle complex "messes" left behind by larger firms. Her unique background in building custom systems for advanced analytics allows her to see around corners for clients in highly regulated industries. Outside of technical architecture, Ida is an avid rock climber; she brings that same methodical, "step-by-step" focus to every project, ensuring no detail is overlooked before a successful go-live.

Craig Dinsmore

Technical Architect

Craig brings a wealth of high-level technical expertise to VeriPoint, having previously served as a CIO. A certified Salesforce Administrator and Consultant, he has mastered the platform over more than 15 years of active consulting. Craig is VeriPoint’s lead for "bulletproof" data and accounting integrations, specializing in connecting Salesforce to complex legacy environments like AS/400 and SQL through middleware such as MuleSoft, CData, and Informatica. When he isn’t syncing data, Craig is an avid fly fisherman, a passion that reflects the patience and strategic preparation he applies to every integration challenge.

Heather is a Senior Consultant for VeriPoint, dedicated to the mantra that Salesforce should be "usable, not just functional". With over 15 years of experience and certifications as both an Administrator and Consultant, she focuses on Super Admin support and Enablement. Heather excels at optimizing Lightning Experience UX, automating processes with Flow, and training client teams to be entirely self-sufficient post-launch. Her commitment to project stamina is mirrored in her personal life as a Spartan Beast competitor, a discipline that demands the same grit and determination required for large-scale digital transformations.

Phillip Tearse

Senior Consultant

Phil is a Senior Consultant on VeriPoint’s elite team, contributing more than 15 years of specialized Salesforce consulting expertise. He plays a critical role in facilitating the "Crawl-Walk-Run" methodology, ensuring that strategy-first documentation is in place before hands-on development begins.
